I love his use of te reo during the sessions. I thought the booklet was really well put together. He covered a really comprehensive amount of what is basic and more advanced grammar - totally impressive.

My staff and I have really enjoyed Jamie's te reo Māori lessons. His approach is both engaging and fun. Jamie's materials supplied are very accessible for everyone in the classes. Our staff are going from strength to strength with their te reo Māori and enjoy the challenges Jamie gives to us.

In short, I really enjoyed the course, I thought Jamie made it really fun with his games and roleplays and topics (loved the recipe class!) And I enjoyed the vibe where everyone was comfortable to contribute and it felt like everyone was engaged. It’s the first te reo course I’ve done where I felt like I actually picked up and retained some real language beyond the very basics.

Jamie is a fantastic teacher – so positive, encouraging, and full of energy. I really enjoyed building up our reo and the exercises when we put together sentences and could piece things together ourselves were really satisfying.
